Product Designer

Your Objective:

As our Product Designer you are focussing on the improvement of our overall customer satisfaction by translating the user needs into design concepts. You will contribute to the entire product design process, from research and discovery to implementation. You will support the creation of creative concepts and convert them into reality; attractive, user-friendly interfaces. You’ll use your knowledge and experience to collaborate on improvements in style and user experience. As an expert in your field, you can independently determine the required quality and quantity of your design deliverables.

Your main activities:

• Contributing to the whole product design process, from the validation process up to the implementation process;

• Conducting user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors;

• Deliverables! We love them. You will create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions to the team;

• Collecting user feedback by sending out surveys, conducting interviews, and a lot more to get a deep understanding of what users want;

• Conduct usability testing and iterate design solutions based on user feedback;

• Develop and maintain design systems, design guidelines, and documentation;

• Collaborate with the developers to ensure the designs are aligned with the technical feasibility of the platform.

We are searching for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys letting their creativity flow to create a user-friendly interface. Besides that, you meet the following requirements;

• 2+ years of work experience as a Product Designer;

• Rounded knowledge of the specifics of mobile, desktop and responsive design;

• Experience with Figma or other tools for the creation of interfaces and prototypes;

• You know how to distil simplicity from complex user requirements;

• You make choices based on research, testing and user data and not on assumptions;

• You have strong communication skills.
