As a Product Design Intern, you will be part of our Product Team, existing out of Team Blue, Red, and Yellow. All teams have their own focus, and you can ask us all about it during the interview. Our team consists of analytical, committed, and dedicated professionals with a passion for education. We all like our chit-chats at the office, and we love to share snacks from all around the world! On Fridays, we often enjoy a cold drink to cheer on a fun and productive week, and of course, we cannot miss out on our frequent team outings every quarter!

About your role 🚀

Ans is an online grading and assessment platform based in Delft. We are committed to improving education and making it as easy as possible for everyone. Our team consists of +30 dedicated professionals with a passion for education and entrepreneurship.

With over 75.000 educators actively using our platform, it is time for the next step. In addition to increasing market share in our current markets, we are eager to enter new markets. With the goal to make more schools and universities enthusiastic about our solution. The sky is the limit with our Software-as-a-Service application.

And that's where you come in! As a Product Design Intern at Ans, you will be fully involved in the continuous iteration of our platform. You will work on several projects alongside our Product Designers, Yulia and Alexandru, and they will teach you all the ins-and outs of Ans! Together you will unravel problems and utilize design solutions to address any user challenges.

During your internship, you will be guided by one of our Product Designers. They will teach you all the ans-and-outs of the tooling that we're using, namely: Figma, Product Board and Amplitude. • Getting to know the platform from A to Z;

• You like to make things look good;

• Contributing to the product design process, from the validation all the way up to the implementation;

• Assist in developing design systems, guidelines, and documentation;

• Conducting user research and collecting user feedback.

This is who you are 💼

We are looking for enthusiastic interns that can work independently and like to contribute to achieving new successes. Besides that, you are also;

• Currently enrolled at an HBO institution, and also during your internship period;

• Following a degree in the direction of Communication Media, Product- or Game Design, or another relevant study;

• Preferably in the third year of your HBO study;

• Ready to start in August or September 2024;

• Closely to Delft, the Netherlands during the internship;

• Bonus points for having experience with Figma! 🧑‍🎨

Practical information ⏰

• Proficiency in navigating a MacBook is essential, as one will be provided for your use during the internship;
